I asked :iconsw1tch3r: to suggest me a character concept . So he came up with what I interpreted as this.

I hope you and :iconsw1tch3r: enjoy looking at it.
Please feedback is really important at this stage.

I asked the author's permission to include the creature's description in this area:)

"Character description:

Pygmy's are goat people who stand on their hind legs and are about 3 feet tall. Their dress is very tribal and their ornaments are made of animal skin, bone, and feathers. They are cannibalistic creatures and they often appear starved. They are a frightful creature to behold."
